Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent return process. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

• Accepted Returns: We accept returns for all products except in cases where:
  • The product was not purchased from us.
  • The item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Returns should be sent to our warehouse address,
  
  Warehouse 12, Street 3, Sector 16, Gulshan-e-Bahar, Orangi Town, Karachi.
  
  
• Alternatively, customers may personally visit our warehouse at:
  
  GFS Society, Orangi Town Residency, Gulshan-e-Bahar, Karachi West.
  
  
• Refunds will be processed before inspecting the returned product. However, if any fraudulent return is detected, appropriate action will be taken.

3. Refund Policy

• For Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only the product price will be refunded with in 7 Business Days.
  • Taxes ( Owned Courier Services ) and shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
