Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi: 3-5 business days
• Within the Province: 5-7 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 6-9 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed after Confirmation Via Call.
• Once the payment is confirmed, your parcel will be dispatched, and a tracking ID will be sent to you via email.

Order Cancellation & Failed Delivery

• Once a parcel is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• If a delivery attempt fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
