1. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% return policy under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted for all products except in cases where:
  • The product was not purchased from us.
  • The item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed before inspecting the returned product. However, in cases of fraudulent returns, appropriate action will be taken.
• A product opening video will be shared with the customer before dispatch to ensure transparency.

Refund Process:

• For Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only the product price will be refunded.
  • Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
    

2. Shipping Policy

We ensure fast and reliable shipping under normal conditions:

Shipping Terms:

• Orders are dispatched after Confirmation.
• A tracking ID will be sent to the customer via email once the parcel is dispatched.
• Once the parcel has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• In case of failed delivery, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Customers must accept the delivery on time to avoid failed deliveries.

5. Fraud Prevention

• We take fraudulent claims seriously. Any attempt at fraudulent returns or false claims may result in permanent order restrictions.
